Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Our orthopedic insoles are classified as personal-use and hygiene-related products, and therefore cannot be returned once delivered.

No Returns for Fit, Comfort, or Preference

Please note that:

  • We do not accept returns due to:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Fit, comfort, or performance expectations

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

    • Improvement results not meeting expectations

Fit and comfort are subjective and vary from person to person. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the sizing information provided on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

  • Proof that the issue occurred before use

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Resolution

If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement item (no return required), or

  • A partial or full refund

We do not accept physical returns, as our products are shipped directly from third-party fulfillment partners.

No Returns Required

Due to the dropshipping nature of our business:

  • Returned items cannot be processed or restocked

  • Customers will not be asked to ship products back

Any approved resolution will be handled without requiring a return.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Order refusal

  • Blacklisting from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor
